Oysters series paintings now for sale

In August of 2015, I started a new series of ten 8 x 10 inch paintings. The series began as simple line drawings that I explored on paper and then developed into more complex line drawings that I decided to transfer to canvas and add paint and gold leaf to. Each painting contains similar line motifs, small pearl like circles freckling shell like shapes and small rope elements that are woven together like barnacles.
